I am a designer, creative, and strategist. I enjoy all aspects from conceptualization and design to the engineering components that drive complex, creative interactive experiences. I am interested in system and behavioral design where I use my visual skills to communicate and my technical skills to demonstrate. During the day I currently work as an Experience Designer at Deutsch, an integrated and digital agency . By night I like to experiment with technology and play with my hacking projects.

I like to look at user behavior and analytics to see how a system is functioning or why processes are not working at their best. I find it most interesting investigating ways to improve interactive experiences. It's an iterative process: making a small change, seeing the results, making more changes, and seeing those results. This leads to making informed decisions on how to change the UI to improve the experience and also enhance efficiency and goals. I particularly like the discovery phase and following through a project from conception, strategy, design to completion and then iterative refinement. My design process usually includes looking at accessibility, context, personas, scenarios and use cases which then leads to site/app audits, competitive analyses, wireframes, physical and interactive prototypes, user flows, process flows, site maps, ecosystems, and content grids.
